We tell you when we book the visit and put a start window in the written scope. A single drain run is often a day or two once the ground is dry enough to dig. Bigger jobs take longer.

Our contractor license and a certificate of insurance are listed on every page of this site. Ask and we will send the certificate before work starts.

We walk the lot and the roofline with you, measure the fall, mark the wet spots and ask what you have seen after rain. You get a sketch and a written scope after.

A deposit when you accept the scope, a payment when the pipe is in, and the balance when the yard is graded and seeded. Check, card or bank transfer.

We do not dig soaked clay. If rain moves a day, we call you and set the next dry window. Heavy rain is also when we like to see a yard, so send photos.

Move vehicles, toys and pots off the area, and tell us where any irrigation lines, pet fences or septic lines run. We call 811 for the public utilities.

We plan our work and do not run an after-hours service. After a storm we can look at drains and slopes that failed, but we cannot promise a day. For water inside the house, call a restoration company first.
